While the difference at around 1.2K may not be audible, the difference at 2K and 16K are significant and definitely audible in a single frequency sweep type audio. Not sure if anybody can tell the difference in a musical audio like the one used here. LOL

This firmware definitely upgraded the sound on my AirPods Pro 2 (lightning, early unit). More deeper bass, like more sub bass or able to reproduce sub bass notes better ? But seem otherwise similar/same until get to voices than something there, like voices feel or sound little more separated like maybe slightly more definition to voices separately from the instruments? Active noise cancellation honestly I don’t know if there’s much of a difference there for me. It does feel like it’s got more suction to it now so that in theory means it’s canceling more. Transparency mode is overall better Moore BASS makes it through but with every good thing comes a little bit of a negative I guess for me transparency mode is not as quick to readjust itself as it used to be so you can get this really strong and uncomfortable unevenness if there’s a large degree of sound difference left or right and I mean, it can feel almost uncomfortably uneven. Hearing aid feature is a little bit improved, likely related to transparency mode, having more bass piped through, but they still need to rework how it defines and separates audio for people who have more of an audio processing deficiency and need your need the help of hearing aids.

Hi Aaron, I got very bad mic pickup when pairing it with my iPhone 15 under noisy environment (similar to what you showed in the video). Tried voice isolation settings with automatic and voice isolation mode. Even got the airbuds replaced last week but still the same. Do you have any recommendations? Please let me know, thank you!

I have the same mic issue today Apple replaced my both Airpods but it updated firmware to 7B21 automatically. Then mic issue started again. Did you find any solution?
