How does commission work right now Renzo? Do buyers have to pay real estate agent or sellers pay?

Great question, In simple terms sellers are still offering to pay buyer commission but the way it’s disbursed is seller to buyer broker. Before it was from listing broker to buyer broker. Also there is more room for negotiation as a seller on buyer commission. I haven’t seen too many differences, there’s just more transparency for buyer and seller in terms of buyer agent commission. No you did not just say you speak spanish you spoken in a Venezuelan accent because your mother is from Caracas. Your speech was slow and more deliberate as most Venezuelans I know speak faster. Yo hablo Castellano y cuatro otros idomas. Now for the house can you show other homes that are not that puke modern look, it screams cheap construction. There is more colors than black and white, it looks sterile and neutered, like they use to build prisons and those cookie cutter open concepts are terrible. I grew up in a real home, with clear defined rooms made with reinforced concrete, stucco and plaster interior walls about 2-3 inches thick. No hoa I approve of but the rest, the lot soil is more valuable that the material or labor. Can your builders do anything else but xerox every other lame builder. If they xerox Frank lloyd wright we might see something better.
