It's the Major General's Review , namely the Drum Majors are not in E||R State Dress. --- The Colonel's Review = Drum Majors in E||R State Dress. ----- Trooping The Colour = Drum Majors in E||R State Dress. E||R State Dress is only to be worn , when members of the Royal Family are present or on parade :-)
