For those having problems with the finalized link: you have to make a new folder in the luma folder and name it payloads and copy the two finalizing files in there (you might have to install luna I don't remember) the instructions should be on that same "finalized" link. hope this helps!

Need to format it as fat32, I believe they can't recognize SD cards bigger than 32gb

There are a couple reasons as to how this can happen so let me help... Use a Fat32 formatter for the SD card you are using, I find GUI Formatter to be very good, and try not to go beyond 128gb. Make sure the SD Card lock is not engaged, it's like a little red 'switch' on the side of the SD card. If those don't work, put your SD card into the PC and you'll need to unlock the SD card and change it to not read only. To do this do the following. 1. Windows + R and Enter CMD 2. Type 'diskpart' and press enter 3. Type 'list disk' and press enter 4. Type 'select disk #' and press enter >ENSURE YOU SELECT THE CORRECT DISK DRIVE< 5. Type 'clear attribute readonly' and press enter Once that has been done, proceed with the video from the beginning. If this doesn't work, make sure the SD card isn't damaged or broken, or, purchase a new SD card and ensure you follow the video correctly. I hope I could help, all be it late.

For anyone past April 2024 doing this I suggest reading the script he gives you (it’s in the video description) by the very ending of the modding process. It will not work if you just follow the video past April 2024, as there are some other steps you must do by the end of the script. PLEASE follow the script or else I don’t know what might happen: maybe your 2ds/3ds might get bricked :/

u can use these videos but while following the tutorial, keep the website up and follow that at the same time just to double check that you’re doing it right.. not that the people in the videos are wrong, but the steps to mod a DS literally get changed constantly so just make sure.

Guys where he says "DONT TOUCH" i touched it to see if mii maker is there, and that basically froze it. Then i removed the mset9 payload and deleted all files and did again but now when i go on Data managment > 3ds > extra data it infinitely loads.
