From what I have found so far, no. It's annoying. I'm trying to figure out a way around it, why they didn't add it to playgrounds I'll never know

You have to find the infected sandwiches and then NewGame+ and when u see the queen u infected she should be infected and theres gonna be the infected ants(infect the red ant Queen)

go to the pipe inside the haze lab, you'll find the infected offering recipe for the red ant queen...the other two infected recipes only spawn in NG+ I suggest you infect the red ant queen, and befriend the other two queens in base game so you can make full use of the NG+ to infect the other two queens, and offer to the red ant queen in NG+ 2....best way to obtain everything the ant queens offer in the quickest manner

I have the commands for all infected ant variants. The infected ant queen doesn't spawn anything (probably need to be new game+) but the infected worker and soldier and working

I think grounded new game plus is half baked the weapons all feel the same with minor differences there all reskins of each other I would’ve liked a bow or any one handed weapons aside from the spear
