Phase three on the bat mini boss I don’t think is random. It looks like it fires three bullets then rotates the spawn of the next three bullets slightly clockwise so you should be able to predict exactly where the next set of bullets comes from. Only problem is his movement pattern can make it harder to dodge.

Honestly, Reto, Community Support "nerf" was a buff, in a way. You don't need two most of the time anyway, as you said. So, removing it from the pool after taking it is good

So I think the reason why you keep seeing yourself as having two less health than your max is because of the ordering. I think it’s giving you the level up reward of 1 health first (ex you go from 9 health to 10) then the character bonus applies after giving you all the bonuses and the -2 health. So your health gets bumped up one for the level, your level up HP comes in filled, and then you lose two health.

Padding if really good for this character it would negate the hp lost of the round since you would normally get 400-500 money each round at that point

The cthulu-looking miniboss' gimmick seems to be punishing having low range, with the first phase targeting ranged, second phase melee, and then third phase targeting melee with a riskier range. I like it, but it does make it a fairly easy boss as long as you don't heavily dump range.

I agree with you on getting two community supports, but I’m bummed about it being unique because that changes where it’ll show up in the run. Generally if I’m at the point of getting uniques I’m already past the point where I would need community support.

Since there is no grenades which are the to go tool when fishing, I would recommend you a Spear Fishermen run and spam dem baits! Dmg goes nuts

Is it just me, or do the enemies during the first 8 waves seem slower? Did Blobfish change something along those lines? Either that or it could just be that my perspective is being skewed... much less pressure being an observer vs being the one playing in the moment! So I'm not sure....

The CHAD way to play this character is to NEVER get health. Just don't get hit and if you do it's a skill issue.

I don't think so? Why do you mention it, the new minibosses? Some of the new ones are a bit tough for melee, but they feel slightly easier as a whole.

a 2% chance to heal 1 hp is not worth the harvest penalty. i don't think it ever, ever is. one of the worst items in the game unless lifesteal effects are 1000% and you get damage per lifesteal %
