Profondo is the best in every aspect. Manly, fresh, uplifting and deep fragrance. There isn't such a beautiful marine scent.

I can really respect when a reviewer is honest and lets me know if I own one version no need to grab the newer version. Lots of channels will try to convince you it’s the latest and greatest just to hurry and buy only to find out it was just an “okay “ purchase 😞

I love the original profondo. It smells amazing and its one of the very few aquatics that doesn't smell like eggs on my skin. I haven't tried the new EDP yet, but hopefully I'm going to like it as much as you did Max.

Im very consfused...fragrantica says that Parfum has the accords you're showing, not the EDP. So, what is the difference between the edp 2024 and the parfum 2024 ??

Not saying they smell bad, I just don't understand why people still fell for this, I totally get why brands do it, but instead of being creative and making something really new, they just change one note or two and there you go, the new Aqcua di Gio Profondo Elixir Extraordinaire Special Edition 2024 1/2 😬and people buy it... sad. The original and Profumo are my favorites, but as a fan boy, I do love all of them. I matured into a young man in the 90s, and the original was groundbreaking, and we all had a bottle.

That really irritates me that they’re taking away the mineral note and metallic note that’s one of my favorite parts of Profondo that’s what sets it apart from the other… very disappointed, this makes it just like all the others very disappointing

Smells nothing like seaweed instinct has the seaweed in it. There’s a big difference between seaweed and metallic. In my opinion.

They just made new bottles for it and improved the juice… I don’t know who’s telling you this or where you got info from but it’s wrong but I’m glad you stocked up because it’s a damn good scent

I just picked up a bottle of the original, Profondo. I really dig those salty mineral notes. It’s like dunking my head right into the ocean then strolling through a bergamot grove. Especially as it dries, and the mineral texture gets deeper and a little more rich.
