do some research on how closely jagex have been monitoring power creep for the past few years. for years they have released these half measure bullshit updates like nerfing the blowpipe but then giving us bofa + thralls... at some point you have to improve, you cannot keep making new items with only very few niches.

I feel that with the new ring, the best way to use it would be to equip it once you've used your special attack, let it restore as much as you want/need, and then swap to like a Berserker ring for the spec itself. If it decreases it by approximately half the amount of time to regain full then you could use it for rushing pkers, you could use it for anti-pking (possibly, it would make it easier to make sure you have enough spec at least)... And I'm sure there's other situations where most of the fight is kinda moot if you get a good spec out, and this will increase the frequency of that.

Rushers just go to poh to restore spec. Plus ring of recoil/suffering is by far better ring switch, for stacking people out. I think the main use is gonna be for solo bossing/raiding, to get extra bgs/dwh specs in early. Another potential use is wildy bosses after theyre reworked

Glad to see osrs treating osrs players who explore and learn so much throughout quest as powerful opponents that eventually become stronger than bosses that stay around in one area and have been killed repeatedly. The mage weapon is going to be a game changer for sure. Also love the rune pouch update, makes bursting be able to hold all runes in one space and let's me pick more things up. The dagger seems off but idk is it enchanted with something? Was it Egyptian/desert technology? Why is it so strong? I haven't finished beneath cursed sands but I'm looking forward to even more now that kalphite queen can become a viable boss again with the updates now added.
