Kurosaki burns, the ends that go into the handle, the same in Poland in stores. I don't know who puts the handles on his knives, but it doesn't look pretty.

That's how all handles are installed. Easy fix, we just didn't have time to clean these up before shooting the video. We never send knives out with the burn marks on them.

Just an unrelated question but is it normal for a knife to bend and stay bent left and right where the handle meets the choil I've noticed a couple of my longer knives bend and stay bent in that direction if I force them a little bit, I thought properly tempered steel returned no matter what (knives weren't brought from your shop) one is Sg2 and the other is vg10 miyabi and shun. Cheers

Maxment steel is in the top 3 toughest steels in the world. K390 is as well. Vanax wont corrode. Slowly but surely knife companies are starting to use these steels. Spyderco is amongst the first to use them. They have a chefs knife made of LC200N steel that wont corrode and is quite easy to sharpen. Quietcarry also has a nice Vanax steel blade that wont ever corrode. I would suggest taking a bit of time to study knife steels and the varying properties they have. In the last 5 - 10 years various steels have been produced that have not been on the market ever before. Its kinda exciting to me to be honest. Its absolutely amazing how long a Maxment steel can hold a sharp edge without chipping or rolling. Even Vanax or S30V would be a long way from stainless. However, I am aware of the discipline and skill that goes into forming real Japanese knives. Their craftsmanship is unmatched. It would be amazing to see a Japanese knife with Maxment or K390, M4, or Vanax steel. There is a Rockwell steel hardness chart that can be googled. It may help you a bit when and if you decide to buy your next knife. I know my comment may not have totally answered your question, but perhaps it helped some.

@@lukuscarter3563 your answer is completely unrelated to my question in the most distant way possible this is clearly a bot trying to direct me to buying Chinese steel I would assume, or you cannot realize the context of my question. Having read your answer I am now dumber but thanks for your completely worthless input none the less
