They are there. USPS doesn't scan my packages when they are picked up.

You have to insist that the USPS scan the packages when they pick them up, even if you need to supervise USPS while they are there to make sure that they do. You are LIABLE to either replace the items or issue a refund to your customers if the packages are not received because you have no proof that they were ever shipped. The buffoons and scoundrels at the USPS will deny any missing package claim since the tracking number is not in their system. USPS will say they never were given the package from the In-Groove. The In-Groove is vulnerable here! I have a package from the In-Groove floating around out there somewhere, that you claim that you have shipped, but tracking is showing that it is still at the In-Groove waiting to be picked up. I have no confidence that it will ever get to my doorstep without a working tracking number. Now you have at least two customers who are unhappy about this situation.

I work in a shipping department and the worst thing you can ever do is tell your postal worker who you give the most packages to everyday to stop and scan each hundred parcels, because you don’t trust them to get it to the post office and scan them in. I know you’re going to point out of the places that can go wrong, and you’re not wrong, but the way you’re coming at this is wrong, your tone, is all wrong. Do it again. I’ll stick ya in the face. Even if you have one out of every thousand go missing, it’s not worth it to the flow of business to spend an hour each day scanning at the bay door. Have you ever worked at the post office or in a shipping department? Or have you only been the single customer out of thousands who had something go wrong and want the business to turn on its heels for you and your wished for practices. * I’m adding this edit so you don’t get royally feeling like you’re allowed to be mad, “stick you in the face” was not a threat it was a line said by the great Christopher Walken in the movie Joe Dirt. @@arzabael Disagree with your statement. Package tracking is proof of shipment. USPS isn't scanning the items in: not on the dock, not in the truck, not at the post office. That's their job to do so. They are being paid to do it. And you're saying it's wrong to insist that they do? There's a good reason not to trust them, because they aren't doing it! I wouldn't trust a postal worker any farther than I could throw them.

If you’ve been a subscriber for that long, then you’d know that Analogue Productions doesn’t issue stock to retailers until a few weeks after they release it. They keep it as exclusive until they feel like shipping it.

Long time subscriber? / Then you should know that Mike records these videos on Wednesday night & they are then shown on Thursday mornings / most likely the titles you are asking for that get released on Fridays have not shown up at his store yet. He can't show what he doesn't have.
