Renegade here! Little info about Ren that I post on every new to his work reactor! He is self taught on piano and guitar independent artist . With ONE MILLION SUBSCRIBERS - Defining success video you can see what kind of person Ren is. He fights with health issues from age of 19 (he is 34 now) and for the first 7 years doctors misdiagnosed and treat him with all kind of pills that he doesn't need for bipolar and other mental problems, while the whole time he has Lyme disease, when he finds out that he has Lyme after those 7 years, he already had big damage to his body and develop autoimmune diseases because his Lyme hasn't been diagnosed and treated for years! He is trying to fix his body even now! With his song "Troubles'' you can learn more about a part of his journey. With his work he brings messages to the people and he is trying to make the world a better place!!!🙂

Ren - musician , wordsmith and creative genius ! There is SO much more for you to discover - whether it be his wonderful solo works like " The Tale of Jenny & Screech ( Parts 1,2 & 3 ) - his collaborations with artists like Chinchilla in songs such as " Chalk Outlines " or on a lighter note his " busking " videos with The Big Push where they do some unbelievably great covers . Enjoy the journey - it's worth the fare !

Sorry to abuse the comment section, but can we just remind ourselves that this young man named Ren took his experiencing a crippling disease and the despair of that, and his experiencing the suicides of two close friends, and channeled that into a hopeful message that has been heard by millions around the world, touched hearts, provided comfort, inspired, and even saved untold number of lives. And all throughout communicating to and interacting with his followers in a most generous, vulnerable, authentic, passionate, humble, and loving manner. It is special, what Ren has done. There is no precedent in pop-culture, really. Nothing I can think of. Nothing as direct and directly impactful, nothing as deliberate.

You’re spot on. Ren has turned his struggles into something powerful-music that inspires and comforts so many. His genuine connection with fans makes what he’s done really special and unique. Can't wait to listen to more!

Welcome to the multitalented genius Ren! ❤️ This masterpiece is just the tip of the iceberg. Ren is a relatable voice for everyone dancing in the darkness as he eloquently, with all the authenticity of someone who is painfully familiar with it, lets us know that we are not alone and inspires us to keep dancing. And in doing so, Ren has literally saved lives with his art. Other Renegades will probably recommend songs like Sick Boi and Troubles for insight into his story with illness and years of misdiagnosis. I will just add a suggestion to check out one of my personal favourites that doesn’t get nearly as much attention as it deserves: Crutch feat. Bibi. It’s an older song from before Ren was finally correctly diagnosed with Lyme disease and was written after a breakdown following multiple emergency trips to the hospital. A little help to guide you on your journey: - For the trilogy of tales, react to the 13 minute video “The Tale of Jenny and Screech”. It contains all 3 in the correct order. - Check out the following in order of release: Freckled Angels -> Suic!de -> For Joe. It makes the last performance even more special. - Watch the 35 minute video explaining why Sick Boi is down for context before checking out Kujo Beat Down. - When you get to the Money Game trilogy, watch the lyric video for part 2. Also if you want to understand the man behind the art (and why we all love him so dearly), check out his 1m subscribers video on defining success. Hope to see you deep down the Ren rabbit hole with the rest of us 🐰🕳️🖤

Renegades search out new Ren reactors this song. It is the way most of us were introduced to his music.Ren staeted with the guitar at 10 and was making beats at 12. He was born and raised in Wales,UK moved to Bath for university at.19. He was discovered busking there and signed by Sony but his health started faling badly, and he could not continue. He then spent most of his time bedridden, misdiagnosed with Bipolar dpression and the ME/CFS from 19 to 26. Finally, though his own efforts found a doctor to correctly diagnose him with Lyme disease, and autoimmunity due to the damage caused by the disease being untreated fo so long. Throughout this time ,music was his therapy, and he has a huge backlog of lyrically genius songs. A stem cell transplant helped him recover enough to rejoin life. Known as a busking musician in Brighton,UK he had collaborated with Sam Tompkins, The Big Push band and produced his own work independently. Recommend Sick Boi next and then some singing, Chalk Outlines live with Chinchilla would be wonderful. Ren is the consumate artist who crosses all genres and has founded new genres including bardcore and diss theater. He's had a remarkable #1 album called Sick Boi. Now releasing his 3rd album called Slaughterhouse Even more importantly, Ren is the voice of the voiceless, who have been silenced by chronic illness, pain and mental illness. He's truly a beautiful soul. He's 34 now and still plagued by Lyme and autoimmunity, pulling himself out of a recent 2 month relapse. He will be seeking new treatment in January. I will pist your link in the fan club. Looking firward to more Ren please. Thank you for reacting to our Boi.❤

Ren was signed by Sony when he was busking but his health went south about then with lymes disease( which was misdiagnosed for next 10 yrs. It ravaged his brain and body. There has been no cure for him yet. He was in remission for couple months and then relapsed . No one has a cure or correct treatment plan for him. Unfortunately the side effects of the treatment were horrendous and he had to stop. He has his good and bad days in severe pain. His platform is to share his story in the hopes people suffering with autoimmune diseases etc and ones undiagnosed or properly know there're not the only ones hidden. He will never penalize reactors for sharing his stuff. He wants others to share his stuff amd his health journey. We Renagades are an odd assortment of fans😂. Young old sick very healthy. We love Ren and support him and others all on his platform. Etc etc. Please go whatever route you wish, but we can help navigate if you ask. 😂❤

I just saw your Hi Ren reaction, and put this journal entry of Ren's as my comment to that reaction. ~~~~~~jAN 01, 202~~rEN~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Up until I was 9 years old, I would intermittently hear a voice in my head that was not my own. The voice was distinctly different to mine, and always negative. It would self criticize or urge me to do things I knew to be morally wrong. The most peculiar thing about the voice was that it took no effort on my behalf to produce. My own thoughts always felt like there was a process that required effort to bring them to the forefront of my mind, this voice appeared as though it was spoken by another. The sentences felt predetermined like they had already been constructed. I remember very vividly at 9 years old, becoming very frustrated with the voice. I stood in my back yard, internally screaming at the voice to be silent again and again, and it did. In a flash there was silence, to the point where my head felt like an empty room. I wasn't used to the quiet and that voice never returned. It almost felt lonely in my head. When I got older I had intermittent bouts with auditory hallucinations where I would hear perfect symphonies, usually at night when drifting off to sleep. They were so clear that they sounded like they were emanating from a radio in the corner of my room. I knew they weren't there, but for some reason they never came with the feeling of fear. I also recall sitting on a bus at the age of 15, and hearing the sound of a crowded room, with about 100 voices chattering away, I was the only person apart from the driver on the bus. These experiences were always very brief, and few and far between. My last hallucination was during an intense bout of psychosis in 2015, and was my first visual hallucination. I was walking down a pavement after jumping out my mums car in a crossroads in a moment of frustration and distress with my condition. I was trying to run from myself. What appeared to be a homeless man with a dark complexion approached me, and asked me what was wrong. I explained that I had been sick most my life, and I wasn't sure I had the strength to continue. He looked at me, and smiled and told me 'everything is going to be okay in the end Ren.' I had not told him my name. There was something so overpoweringly sincere about this very simple message, which brought with it an overwhelming feeling of inner peace, and in a flash, he vanished. My rational brain always linked these experiences to what the doctors have told me, that there are parts of my brain compromised by the autoimmunity in my body. That the myelin sheaths surrounding the complex electrical system that conduct my thoughts were damaged and compromised, causing these lucid experiences that I knew did not exist inside the physical world. The part of me that edges away from logical and rational thought always attributed these thoughts to some kind of otherworldly intervention, that made my thoughts the battleground of some spiritual tug of war. For a long time I never really acknowledged this part of myself, for with it brought the danger and stigma of sounding like a crazy person. I decided with my latest release, to the best of my ability, to capture and express this chess match of thought. Hi Ren comes out in just over 24 hours. I can't wait for you all to hear it.
@inalectexperiences3 күн бұрын
Wow, this journal entry really gives you a deep look into Ren’s mind and the struggles he’s faced. It’s incredibly brave of him to share such personal experiences with his audience. The way he describes his battles with the voice in his head, the hallucinations, and the spiritual tug-of-war is so raw and relatable. It’s clear that his music is not just about entertainment, but a way for him to process and express these complex thoughts. It’s amazing how much vulnerability he brings to his art.

Welcome to the Ren rabbit hole . Since stumbling upon his music some four or five months ago , I’ve been captivated and have not been able to stop listening. Ren is a genius that has connected with millions who can relate . The renegades will fill you in with all you need to know. He can do everything and fits into no one genre. It’s going to blow your mind. Watching reactors like you gives us a chance to relive the moment of hearing these songs for the very first time. For singing check out - Murderer live Fred again Chalk outlines How to be me MC sessions blind eyed And his band the big push red suspender series “I shot the sheriff” For rap - Bittersweet symphony Hunger Naz retake illest of our time Genesis Murderer Animal flow For anti greed - Money Game 1,2 and 3 Story telling - take of Jenny and screech full including violets tale Suicide Masochist There are so many !!!🤪 But money game 1,2 and 3 in a row will blow your mind. He’s won awards for that series. He just did a couple recent ones - money ties and kujo beat down . Look for his 30 minute video explaining the huge debacle between Kujo and himself. He goes off in the Kujo beat down. He lets the dark side out , which we rarely if ever get to see . Oh and a new one he just released “slaughterhouse” Cheers from 🇨🇦🍻

RENEGADES ASSEMBLE 💪😊 Haha you've no idea the rabbit hole you've fallen into. I'll let others guide you down the hole, I'll just welcome you, new RENegade sibling 😊-One thing I will say, please no subtitles unless provided by Ren. KZbin subtitles are distracting, always wrong, butcher his lyrics AND can actually spoil surprises in the lyrics. Glad you didn't use them here and hope you don't on any of his stuff. His diction is great so you don't need them anyway, hehe. Anyway, welcome again!
