Haha. I was thinking about poison ivy. If I never get a poison ivy rash again it will be too soon.

Can I give you a tip... when the material builds up on the front. Back up, raise the cutter head and lower it on the grass, plants shrubs etc... then move forward...

A friend uses a drag behind an ATV to constantly churn the dirt on their 6+ miles of paths to keep it flat and clean without much growth. Or one of the pull-behind brush mowers.

we had some friends that built a timber frame home up in NE Iowa, they camped out in the field for a weeks before they decided which way the house was gonna face and where there shop/wood shop was going to be. Looking forward to this build, Thanks for sharing

I bet it sure was nice to make that much progress! Looks like you got the hang of running it, and glad you liked it so much! Can’t wait to see the next episode!

Big fan my wife and I just actually bought a small acreage by moffit lake and I this this exact thing when we bought it. You find out so much after you clear the brush out. I love watching all of your videos knowing you’re local to me and I can’t wait to build the house and start taking care of the grass! Thinking about hydro seeding the yard.

That's what I'm talking about! Wait until you get a bush hog behind a good tractor. The thing is like a vegetation eraser.

The property is going to be great for you guys! I just hope you get the house built soon so you can sell your current house and cash out on this inflated housing market!!

It's about time to purchase a compact utility tractor! I recently built a new home on my family's farmland and my JD 2032R has been amazing! The amount of time, sore backs, and saved equipment rentals fees and are only some of the benefits of having your own machine to use on your time. I'm excited to watch the progression on your new homestead! Go get'em!

Really enjoying the equipment! It's gonna look great guys! Now that you've made a path through alot of this, what's your plan going forward to keep it clean? Zero Turn and stay on top of it? Or invest in a brush cutter of some sorts? Awesome property guys!

When you said in the video on your main channel that you cut down a tree with this thing, I thought that was a joke. It's an absolute beast! Must be so fun to use.

Do you have a rear power take-off on that 4 wheeler? You could get a small brush hog for that. It’s a lot of driving in reverse, but could be good for future trail maintenance and such.
