Nice job on this one. I like how simple and clean it looks. I used a Pro-Line plc interior with a Dingo cage when I built my 2 door JK in 2010. It's almost like they were designed to work with each other.

Hi Kevin, this is the 4 inch light bar. A good way to mount the spare tire is having a look at the Poison Spyder bumper Axial previously produced, it swung out and looks good.

what are the 2 new screws on the roof for? It looks like the roof was cut in a way that no screws could attach the two separate roof pieces w/ screws.

Hi Joseph, they are to keep the lexan in place. I glued a tab to the inside and had to improvise a bit to keep everything looking nice for the years ahead. :)

Hi Troy, in this case before the paint as I painted the outside. If you want to paint the inside, you glue the parts together after paint, when it has fully cured. Have fun experimenting!

Spray very thin coats. Remember that you can always add more coats.
