Hi Nicola!! So nice to see you back and it all went so well in Prague. I’m delighted for Phoebe. I’m pleased to sponsor you on the upcoming hike. Such a good cause. Summer seems to have refused so far to come to Scotland!! Dull and rainy most days. Just occasionally able to hang out the washing so the airers are still out from winter/spring. Happy to sponsor you. Unfortunately I was diagnosed with Smouldering Myeloma two years ago. It’s the early stage of Multiple Myeloma a terminal cancer of the bone marrow. No treatment for this stage but thank you for doing the challenge - who knows maybe one day they will find a cure x

Soda crystals are great for drains and plug hole in your sink. Just sprinkle around the drain and pour boiling water down the sink regularly. Very cheap and effective without chemicals. Also run a short hot cycle on your washing machine with soda crystals and white vinegar

Thank you - I will definitely do that! I think we need a new washing machine to be honest - Andrew has fixed it so many times I’m surprised it’s still going 🙈
