i got a pair of junya x NB 1906 loafer and i went a full size up. They fit super snug imo. I am not sure why you go half size down....

I’m glad it worked out for you. 👍🏼 I’m good with going with a half size down from a regular 1906 because, if not, heel slippage would’ve been an issue for me.
