In my opinion the biggest problem with Moe is his wall peaking capabilities. It's absolutely ridiculous combined with his really high damage output. Not only you cannot approach him, because he'll shred you with his main attack and super, but you cannot even hide from him behind the walls.

Actually, his super charge rate nerf hurted him a lot. He usually deals 1080 damage in short range this means if you catch him in short range, you can kill him easily. He cant do anything without super in short range.

I think he's still decent but the meta isn't favouring him with the map pool and especially the modifiers because you can't get much use out of his gadgets. Becouse the maps and basicly build for throwers right now, and unlike other throwers, if you play right, you can actually counter your counters with ezz, if you play right with him you can even cook with him on a fully open map as long as your not going agenst all sharp shooters, and he's the only brawler who can consistently win agents moe.

2:07 by nerfing the super damage they also nerfed the super recharge rate, now Gale can't cycle the hypercharged super even if he hits all three enemies with it, so I don't think saying that they didnt change anything about the hypercharge is correct. That does actually have a really big impact.

Nah, I've seen so many horrible kenji players who were absolute pushovers to get through in ladder. I didn't start my ranked push this season, but it's sort of like melodie to me. She was Broken... If you could play her well enough. And the randoms I went against/played with just don't do too well.
