@@mclovinjdtrelax, Varlamore also has tons of sand crab spots so there will be plenty of options on the island. You also have other non-aggressive monsters in the cave so you can still get the resource free training without the AFK aspect. Varlamore is gonna be really good for leagues regardless of how many people know about naguas and the 4 crab spawn spot

Welcome to OSRS! Crabs are good start, as you need to do a lot of birdhouse runs anyways on Fossil island, but once you can start doing Moons and want to be more active vs afking, this is amazing!

Devine combat, restores, goad pots, no looting, standing in the middle & intense clicking to never stop hitting maxing XP, I was getting 190k xp n hour 😅 95k looting everything but tin & copper (still better than nmz), 140k-150k looting just essence. Got my 2nd 99 att!!!🎉 so glad I saw this video 😊 95 to 99 made about 3.5m but only looted 1.2m. Full blood, the dual machs, ammy of rancore, prims, blessing, ferocious gloves, berserker ring (i). Lost my firecape the day before in wildly or it’d be in there 😢😂

Made an ironman about 2 months ago. Got the sulphur blades drop super early. I’m about base 70 melee stats across. I get about 90k+ exp/hr there. Literally the hidden gem for mid game ironman looking for melee combat exp

@@Steven-hq3go true. I will say that these are obvs more involving, but still minimal effort. Crabs are 100% afk for about 40-45k exp/hr at my level(70s). These naguas are over double that exp AND they have good drops! I’ve killed so many I have a stack of 10k chaos runes chillin in my bank. Plus this gave me enough coal and ores to jumpstart my giants foundry grind.

for lower levels & average gear: they drain prayer every 5 attacks - making it less afk until str/attk ~ 75 . at which point you'll kill them quick enough to stop this from proccing

100k+ cballs from 70-90 melees here as well if you hate BF shop, 200k if you buy the rest of the coal. Combined with chaos+death rune drops it's a nice setup for slayer

Tried some early naguas on my iron and it's busted. However sand crabs still got a place for hard afking. With 60 prayer i got less than 4 minutes of afk before id have to sip again. While sandcrabs are 8 minutes and they wont kill you if you clean your apartment for too long. So naguas for active training and sand crabs for hard afk

The only reason to do NMZ is on UIM where you can fully refund the points to store the now not imbued item. Of course you got scrolls from arena, but the scroll is given back upon refund instead of points that don't take up an inventory slot.

It’s a really great training spot although I don’t see much people at. I did like 500 perilous moons and I barely saw anyone there every time I pass through this area even when I switched worlds lol. Every time I did, 90% of them were ironmen.

oh, you're not completely right about the recs btw. the moonlight pots only give you the boosts comparable to a super set if you have the herblore level to makea super set. they will give you a boost comparable to normal potions instead if you're low.
