You also have other non-aggressive monsters in the cave so you can still get the resource free training without the AFK aspect. Varlamore is gonna be really good for leagues regardless of how many people know about naguas and the 4 crab spawn spot

Made an ironman about 2 months ago. Got the sulphur blades drop super early. I’m about base 70 melee stats across. I get about 90k+ exp/hr there. Literally the hidden gem for mid game ironman looking for melee combat exp

@@Steven-hq3go true. I will say that these are obvs more involving, but still minimal effort. Crabs are 100% afk for about 40-45k exp/hr at my level(70s). These naguas are over double that exp AND they have good drops! I’ve killed so many I have a stack of 10k chaos runes chillin in my bank. Plus this gave me enough coal and ores to jumpstart my giants foundry grind.

Tried some early naguas on my iron and it's busted. However sand crabs still got a place for hard afking. With 60 prayer i got less than 4 minutes of afk before id have to sip again. While sandcrabs are 8 minutes and they wont kill you if you clean your apartment for too long. So naguas for active training and sand crabs for hard afk

The only reason to do NMZ is on UIM where you can fully refund the points to store the now not imbued item. Of course you got scrolls from arena, but the scroll is given back upon refund instead of points that don't take up an inventory slot.

Sulpher blades have a bonus roll on damage to those guys, too. So they're - I think - BIS for that training method.

The only "bonus" is a 15% increase to you max hit, otherwise the armor mechanic is explained in the video & applies to all weapons. Sulpher Blades are the equal to a d-scim, so the boppers are better by a lot.

Gonna need a lot of DPS and a little luck for the blood moon. Eclipse should be easy if you can do the clone special, and blue moon isn’t too hard but also has the same armor mechanic as sulfur naguas so you can get a multi-hit weapon if youre struggling there. Blood moon is just hard tho - no way to block his basic attacks without def bonus and they heal him more than the specials so end of the day it’s just a DPS check. I’d recommend just not doing it if you want to be a pure tbh lol, youre not gonna have a good time grinding the bosses and you don’t need to finish the quest to access the sulfur naguas. So at the end of the day all you’d get out of finishing it is the small amount of passive prayer XP from sulfurous essence which is probably not your main goal if youre making a pure. If you want money, go to the colosseum instead and farm early waves for roughly the same gp/hr

@@0oShwavyo0 the mace was for blue moon. The war hammer was for the extra dmg from the mechanics on blue and eclipse moon. It took a couple tries to get the strat but it’s basically on farm for my account now. I skip blood moon even farming for darts and the range weapon cause he just takes way too long, but death piling food makes blood moon pretty much guaranteed. The hardcore method would be to just go there with better weapons, stats, and fish for good blood moon rng Edit: it’s important to mention it’s an iron pure like odas
