Why no walk -in shower, so ideal these days. Love the walk-in closet though. The kitchen needs more of everything.

Why "fake unlock" the door? It was obvious it was unlocked; especially with the door ajar and the key in the door! 😂

Nice, but kitchen needs more cabinets on the right wall.

Agreed. Also, a better idea might be to knock the wall down separating the kitchen from livingroom and put a nice big island there for storage, seating, & prepping. Open floor plan would lovely.

Cabinets are expensive and the builder wants to make a money. It’s why he chose this ridiculously dated floor plan for the house - to save money on excavation costs. It looks like a 2 story house but it’s really just a rancher that’s floating 4’ above grade. What a waste of materials, to build this eyesore in 2018.

Can you tell me who designed built this split level? Very functional.

House looks like 2 cents! Welcome home! Walking in front door and are greeted by a huge stark wall. Designer of this house had his head up his ass

I too like to be hit in the face by the front door as I’m walking up the stairs. What a waste of land and material. Who looked at that lot and decided to build this thing? It was probably only 10 or 20k cheaper than a conventional floor plan with a real basement.

Lol, WHY? You’ve built a house that looks dated on the day it was finished.

Matter of fact can you show the blueprint of this particular designed home. Split levels where the MBR is on the other side of the home away from the other bedrooms is ideal nowadays

Nothing is “ideal” about this floor plan. I bought one last year and it’s my biggest regret.

Wait, so there’s 2 bathrooms on the same level?? That’s weird! Also, I don’t like any design were one of the bathrooms is directly next to the kitchen or dining area. Someone taking a dump while you’re trying to eat dinner in the very next room isn’t something I would pay thousands of dollars for 🚽 And you probably should have waited until the house was complete before doing this video tour

nice exterior but very poorly designed. That basement is going to flood on your first heavy rainstorm. The bathroom needs a window. Everything seems to tight and claustrophobic. My bi-level is spacious and efficient. Too many things to list for changes needed to that house.

It was obsolete the day the foundation was dug. What a waste of land, labor and building materials.

I used to deliver appliances. Believe me, these types of houses are a nightmare for fridge deliveries.

I wish building codes were written in such a way that building them was illegal. They’re total garbage. The code should force the front door to be on one of the main levels of the house. Builders built them because they save on excavation cost, it let them make more money when selling it. They were built to sell. No homeowner would ever CHOOSE to have one of these eyesores built.
