The layout of this house is really nice, a semi open kitchen, a half-bath one the first floor, laundry room, double vanity in the main bathroom, and a pool! It looks better without the bushes in front, but they gave nice privacy 😅

Fantastic! The only thing I would’ve done (if this was my own home, I understand it wasn’t necessary for the flip) is extended the kitchen into the dinning room area to make it slightly larger. This would allow for an island potentially. I like that you added the bloopers!

I would have added tall shallow pantry cabinets along the wall adjacent to the slider in the casual dining space. I know it’s on a different level but for this size of home I think slightly more kitchen space would have been effective and worth the few hundred dollars in cost for the flip. Great flip as always ❤️

You've done a beautiful job. My only criticism is the small bathroom where the first thing you see when you open the door is the toilet. The toilet should have been relocated next to the vanity so it blocked the view of the toilet. I imagine you had to keep expenses down and this is why you didn't relocate the plumbing.
