FYI, I've been talking to the guys at HM Racing, they have their autoblipper ready, don't think it is on the site yet but they're looking for people to give it a go. I'm just trying to get my Suzuki dealer to unlock the QS stuff as I have a standard model.

Oh yes must add that to the kit list, its an AGV X8 Naked Carbon, really better suited to naked bikes as aerodynamics not so good for high speed but the audio is really good with it for the vids :-) Its a good helmet just the chin guard is rubbish

Mr chops thinking of getting the 2019 Kawasaki SE SX + love the electronic tosuspension, yes for $2600 more I can get the single seated H2. On you tube Brock Davidson does just some minor.work,like performance air filter, ECU flash, with just a slip on can you believe it 243 HP Take a look give me your views. My wife loves the H2, but going touring is what she loves. She only likes the gray version, if I do get her full pipe is first! How do you compare to your H2 vs SE SX + does she float over hard road's?

I saw the video where Brock unleashes the 140 quite incredible! They are completely different animals, the SX is very comfortable, more space and nice high bars. My H2 clipons are low and a fair bit of weight on your wrists. Suspension on my H2 feels nice but it's definitely more sporty you can feel the road, the SX you can't feel the road surface you do feel a bit detached... My H2 is certainly a sports bike the SX a tourer build for different things and feel very different to ride. Quality of components on H2 is higher too, feels like it's built with no compromise on anything. Back to back comparison with SX on close inspection looks much better quality even down to welds on frame. Hope that helps you a bit?

should of got the austin racing exhaust. sounds so much better. i test rode one a few weeks ago. in my head i was going to go for it. but wasnt that impressed. test rode a 2015 ducati 899 with only 250 miles! and loved it. and it looks 1000 times better. so went for that. yes the suzuki is obviously quicker. but that doesnt matter around the tight country roads. all about the rider.

Thanks Nelly, yeah they are hard to keep under those pesky speed limits... That's an issue I do have with sportsbikes as those engines need to be wound up before the fun starts! No heated grips or Cruise unfortunatly, grips are an option and I found a company who makes an aftermarket CC system which Im tempted to try and test out...

You might have an issue on some of the tracks with there decibels limits with it being de-catted, I've just got a larger can to fit my yoshi system to quiet her down

Now that I have matured a bit and knowing what I enjoys to watch I have to say that Lamb Chop Rides ticks all the boxes. God information,great personality and he is not afraid to get upp to speed. I cant fully respect anyone that dont have the ability or the balls to properly speed out the bikes now and then. And kids, that is not the same as reckless driving. Learn the difference and survive longer.

That's a tough one as I love both bikes. RSV4 is brimming with character and that v4 is incredible. But it's a compact bike and surprisingly heavy probably due to the fact it's an older design. I found the rsv4 just too mental for the road where the GSXR can be a pussy cat if you want. Rsv4 is very focused on going blistering fast but perhaps not so good for comfort and just cruising.

Yeah its very nice indeed, its feels quite simalar to the old model just refined and updated. You can tell its a GSXR for sure. Its feels light on its feet and not heavy, I would say it feels bit smaller than the old model.

I just bought a 2018 GSX-R1000R and have a question for you. When I'm in 1st and 2nd gear (its worse in 1st) around 9,000 rpms it sounds and feels really rough. It's not smooth like the rest of the rpm range. Its smooth up through 8000, brutally rough at 9000 rpms, and smooth as butter after that. Does your bike this? Is this normal? I've just switched to the super sport from the hyper naked world so I'm not used to it. This could be completely normal. Does anyone have any experience with this?

My buddy has a 16 gsxr1000 and as beautiful as it is i stay with him on my old zx9. It would be completely different on a track i suppose but as i dont do track days or race anymore (tz250 in the late 80s) i cant really justify getting rid of the comfy old girl. The suzuki really is a thing of beauty tho and is lighter than a low fat bag of crisps 🤣🤣

Very different sort of power Toby, hard to compare because of the way the Suzy builds up then kicks in hard at the top compared to the Duke being instant GO! I think out and out speed the Suzy has it but the Duke feels quicker because of the way it just goes instantly

Suzuki do sell the rear hugger for this bike such a shame it doesnt come with the bike as standard like every other motorcycle manufacturer , sean i must say it sounds amazing when upshifting through the quickshifter very similar sound to the TransLogic QS ! Thought you had enough of sports bikes buddy lol

Yeah have to say the QS and Blipper has been updated with the latest software and its much smoother than the press bike I borrowed last year, as smooth as the Translogic now! Yeah sportsbikes are not my favorite form of transport on the roads, but as they go they dont come much better than this :-) Track stuff is what Im most excited about!!
