I posted this on Reddit but I think it got deleted. I just wanted to share some interesting details and context for the password “thedieiscast" from the ARG website. The Latin phrase “Alea Iacta Est" also shown on the website directly translates to "the die is cast." This phrase actually has some historical significance as it was famously attributed to Julius Caesar. When he crossed the Rubicons River in 49 BC, he allegedly said "Alea Iacta Est.” This phrase was used to signal a point of no return and the start of a major conflict. Caesar's crossing of the Rubicon led to a civil war against Pompey and the Senate, which eventually ended the Roman Republic and paved the way for the Roman Empire. Considering they used the same phrase that was said by Julius Caesar and the website's extension is “Rubicon,” I think it is fair to say that they are at least referencing that historical event. Now, I don’t actually know why that is significant, but I hadn’t seen anyone else post about this, and hopefully, this might help others solve clues further down the line
