​@@amitkenan3878 Tbf If we ignore Genryuusai, Unohana should of been the strongest at the time as the Kenpachi title suggests so although they've been portrayed to have a lot of vainglory in comparison to the current gotei, all we really know is that they're capped at Unohanas power level ( unless they can get stronger within hell). I do believe this is where the story will end up going tbh, I just hope not too many past characters qualify for hell.

Sadly, Ulquiorra is an ancient Hollow that was born in Hueco Mundo and was never a human. It was revealed in his backstory in one of the databook. So he will not be sent to hell

My biggest hope (and fear) for the Hell Arc is that returning characters (and new ones) aren't presented as eviler version of what they were. Hell is uisually the set-up for comically evil characters and monsters because it's Hell but since Ukitake and previous captains are in, I hope there's going to be a more nuanced depection of this place. Seeing Gin and Ulquiorra in more somber but calmer personality would be great, Ulquiorra especially since he finally understood what Heart was. Imagine him meeting up with Ichigo again without any need for a bitter rivalry or revenge, maybe even having Ulqu asking Ichigo how Orihime is doing. This is the only thing I want from this arc.

I have another suggestion on which culture could be used to represent new cast of antagonists: Indian. Here are some of my reasons: - Indian aesthetics will fit Kubo's worldbuilding, having deep ties to buddhism. - Hinduism has one of the most interesting depictions of hell, so there's a lot of material for inspiration. - In one-shot Szayelaporro's clothes resembles attires of theravada buddhist monks. - The way Szayelaporro was describing hell looked like he achieved some twisted form of nirvana after falling there. And nirvana is one of crucial concept of hindu. Of course, these are just my thoughts and what I personally would consider cool to see.

I want Yhwach to come back cause there are so many hints that he’s still alive in some way especially within CFYOW. I feel like if he do comes back though the plot will be really complex for Kubo to write. But then again if he was to return and retain his memories that’s equivalent to giving a God a second chance and that alone is a tremendous fear. Respectfully disagree. A menos killed by a zanpakuto has all of its souls purified. (ichibe explains this at the beginning of cfyow) and the ritual to send souls to hell is specifically for captain level SHINIGAMI. None of the dead espada had the ritual done to them. The ones that are in hell are there due to their human sins. We may see Aaroniero (he was sent to hell in the hell verse tie-in chapter) and Szayelaporro. Ulquiorra and stark are likely in soul society as purified souls.

I honestly was thinking it would tend towards a more Greco-Roman style realm of the underworld just naming it Hell. I fell like in the center of hell would be something that those captains would be guarding like the ancient Titans of the Greco-Roman pantheon. I like the idea that the Captains continued their duty beyond their deaths and it would add good redemption arcs for Gin and Tosen. I also think an Italian system would tie to closely to Spanish as the languages are very similar even more so than other romance languages. Also a Greco-Roman style in hell would be amazing

I for one am *very* exited for a lot of the possible plot points and battles the Hell arc could introduce. Aside from some of the ones you mentioned (Isane vs Unohana, Shunsui vs Ukitake), I'd also like to see things as Zaraki taking on all the other Kenpachi at once, proving once and for all he is the only worthy inheritor of Unohana's title, perhaps Rukia and Bykakuya fighting Ginrei Kuchiki, seeing the Zero Squad actually do something worthwile, and perhaps seeing Ichibe get his comeuppance for participating in the Original Sin. Also seeing Aizen use his Bankai against hell Yamamoto, seeing Uryu's Vollstandig, and seeing a Segunda Etapa from Harribel and Grimmjow as they fight against Baraggan and Yammy perhaps.

I disagree with this common interpretation of the original sin. The original sin is simple, the mutilation of the soul king because of nobles paranoia therefore establishing their willingness to manipulate things for their benefit. The soul king willingly accepted to separate the realms. Tuerefore the reality shinigami defend is not necessarily entirely built on lies. This doeant make me sympathize with any of the main villains at all. Cause aizen was not doing what he did for the "sake of the people" he just couodnt stand that above him stood a shell of a man. And ywach while doing something good that was releasing the soul king from his tortuous existence, he still was a elitist nazi, obsessed with purity, who saw his own as pawns, and whos vision of the ideal world actively went against the will of his own "father". He refused to acknowledge the importance of death and actively was going to revert the world to the chaotic nature of the primordial world.

Is it just me or did everyone forget that the Arrancar are essentially part soul reapers and that the deaths of captain LEVEL soul reapers go to hell because they can't be recycled back into the seireitei due to their souls being too dense from the immense level of spiritual pressure? If hollows die by zanpakuto they go to the soul society...so what happens then if those hollows are captain level?

I so wish Unohana and Zaraki would have a second fight, but this time with Unohana more stronger thanks to the Hell influence, and then Zaraki could team up with Isane in this battle. It would be very cool to see the two closest persons to Unohana showing her what they become (and a great way for we to finally know what is Isane's shikai ability, as well as her bankai).

I'm not saying I wouldn't love to see old characters come back but doing the whole soul reapers versus soul reapers again like that one filler arc.. I think that would be lame. Maybe those captains in hell and past hollows (heres looking at you Ulquiorra!) help the current soul reapers defeat and undefeatable enemy. Like maybe the original hollow that the soul king had to defeat that turned into a zanpakuto! Yes sir!!

Thing is for me; I have my own head-canon as to what the Bleach hell is like. Not sure how many people are gonna see this, but here goes: I'll go into all details that I can. WARNING, this is a VERY LONG post, just so ya know. You might need to get a drink. --Firstly, I see it as a realm divided into 6 realms. Each divided by its own gates to the next. -The first is pretty much everything we see in the hell movie. Dedicated to most of the normal sinners in hell. -The second is actually beyond that ocean of Hell's Will we see in the movie. In this realm, we have the more severe sinners in a sorta "high security" zone near the start of this realm. Most of the realm is sorta wildlife barrens. Home to most low-level demons. I theorize that the Hell's Will Ocean not only stop progress deeper into the realms, but also keep all demons inside hell. Ever wonder why we never see demons in Bleach? Also, the second realm is also home to the main barracks / hell academy for its own army. Which doubles as a fortification for the gate to the third realm. -The third realm I see the most in similarity to the soul society, housing most of the guard squads of hell. It also houses mid-tier demons. -The fourth realm I see as an endless battlefield of demons all vying for power and entrance into the fifth realm by becoming royal demons by passing a trial within the fourth realm. Three towers watched over by three generals of hell's army. This is where most high-level demons stay as well. -The fifth realm is home to all royal demons and what I call "the council of 21". -The sixth realm, or rather the entrance hall to it is the final area before the literal beating heart of hell itself. The inner realm can only be opened from the inside. And within are the "Hell Incarnate", the Squad Zero of hell, and "Management". "Management" is literally Hell Itself. Formless, Shapeless, Energy of void nothingness with consciousness. It can use any of the incarnates as it's literal vessels or just take on any shape it wishes. --Next, let's move on to the Power system. -I do see Hell having its own energy, with three forms of awakening. Not really great naming here, Half Sin, Full Sin, and Sin Incarnate. However, this energy can only be used by those who have been initiated into hell's army. If anyone else tries to use it without "Management's" permission, it would poison them. Hence why Ichigo was able to use some, he was helping hell. Basically, it's more like hollowfication than zanpakuto. Causing an overall body change than the tool you are using. This power can vary as much as every person who uses it. Sometimes boosting other powers, sometimes just simple things, perhaps even the reason the hollows are different in hell. So, in short, this "Sin Energy" can only be used by Demons. More on that demon part in the next bit. --As for ranks, I have a whole system thought up to that. -The most basic is an initiate, someone who's survived the "Initiation Ritual". In this Ritual, you survive the "Fires of Reincarnation" to become a half demon. The more sin on you, the more it burns and the more pain you need to endure. If you don't survive, your soul is burned to the point you become feeble enough to be reincarnated back into being a human. This enfeebling process is also done to all the sinners in hell as part of their punishments. Which continues the whole idea of balance. -In order to become a "Soldier" in the army, you need to have at least 1 rank of power. Basically, like saying you need to have a ShiKai in any one form of power. Hell, Hollow, Zanpakuto, Other. Meaning no one graduates from the academy without at least a single awakening. -To become a lieutenant in the army you need at least 2 ranks of power. Doesn't matter which power. -To become a Captain, you need at least 1 of you 2 ranks of power to be Hell Based and pass the Captain Exam for that squad. -To be one of the three Generals, you need to have 2 ranks of power to be Hell Based and be able to pass all 4 Captain Exams that are under your order. --Organization of the Squads. -Each Squad is a different designation and has different specializations. However, unlike the soul society, there is a dual classing system in hell. A squad you are assigned because that is your aptitude. And one you may pick as your own personal choice. This is to both keep the troops happy and in line and also so Captains can train to be Generals. My squad breakdown is this: 13: General Forces. 12: Medical Unit. 11: Kiddo/Hado squad. 10: Long Range Units. 9: Phalanx / Heavy Armor Unit. 8: Espionage Unit. Also called the Ero Squad. 7: Martial Artists Unit. 6: Women's Survival Tactics Unit. 5: Men's Survival Tactics Unit. 4: Women's Assassination Unit. 3: Men's Assassination Unit. 2: Women's Kenpachi Unit. 1: Men's Kenpachi Unit. Yes, there's a difference between each of the Men's and Women's units. Unfortunately, it's just nature. You can't change the genetics. (I'm not trying to be mean here.) -The unit command works like this: The three generals are the Men's, Women's, and Defense General. Men's General oversees squads 1,3,5,7. Women's General oversees squads 2,4,6,8. Just a note, Squads 7 & 8 are ungendered squads, but the joke is they have opposite gendered captains to their groupings. A flamboyant Okama King for 8 and an Amazoness for 7. Defense General oversees squads 9,10,11,12. Squad 13 is an independent squad overseen by its Captain who is also headmaster of the academy. --What is the Council of 21? In short terms, it's the 13 Captains, the 3 Generals, and the most powerful members of the 5 most powerful royal demon families. If "Management" ever makes a ruling, only by a unanimous vote of 21 can it be overturned. Everything else it makes no judgement on can be decided by the Council. --Three Towers in Realm 4. The three towers and the realm before them serve as both trial for demonic armies and live training grounds for hell's army. If a Demon can ascend the tower and impress a general, they can be entered into becoming a royal demon at a council of 21 meeting. The different squads get different weeks, so as to rotate each group for each tower. --Original Hell's Army, the Sentinels. Condensed down Hell's Will that look similar to terracotta soldiers which make up the original army of hell. This is made up of Millions of Sentinel Soldiers, 10 Lieutenants, and it's Captain. The Captain Sentinel is one of the Original Hell Incarnates. Its power being the endless regenerating army that is all the sentinels. Each Lieutenant can command an army of up to 500,000 soldiers a piece when in the presence of the captain. When not, they and the soldiers are in a more dormant state. Like an unawakened zanpakuto. In this state, each Lieutenant only commands 1/10th of their army size. And they and the soldiers only use 1/10 of their power. Each Lieutenant is called out by their different weapon they use. The captain has its own personal army of 1,000,000 soldiers and can summon as many full-sized hell's will to fight by its side as well. --As for Bleach Story moving forward? I do see the possibility of the original Gotei 13 trying to upend the new era of captains. This being just another trial "Management" allows for its own amusement. How this effects the overall story of Bleach, I have no input into. Only the Writer does. ANYWHO, that's just my huge head-canon take on it. What really is gonna happen is all up to Kubo. I think Ulquiorra has got a proper ending. He should not be in hell. But I guess he will be there because his own spiritual pressure was higher than most soul reaper captains. I only see zero division soul reapers, genryusai yamamoto and Aizen above him. Although Aizen is not soul reaper anymore. He is a transcendent being. But before even fusing with hogyoku, he had higher spiritual pressure than all espadas as a soul reaper.

Sadly I don’t think he will be involved this time, they said something like “Aizen and Yhwach disappeared” in this chapter, I know it’s Kubo’s writing so it probably doesn’t mean much anyway but I doubt Aizen would play some major role other than save Soul Society’s ass once again and that would Be kinda boring, and I also don’t trust Kubo to do him justice, not after how poorly he used him in the last arc and the fight vs Yhwach, it’s one of things that would be amazing if done right but I don’t trust the author to get it right.

I'll be honest, I didn't know this chapter existed until I clicked on this video. I just finished reading it: very well done. I'm looking forward to seeing this expanded on in either a manga serial or a anime only adaptation with Kubo at the head. Alighieri's work is largely poetry but there are concrete descriptions of each circle of hell including divisions and nuances of each one such as the city of Dis. The deeper you go, the more interconnected it all seems until the last circle: a pit of ice reserved for traitors - this is a void that seems to exist in isolation and the Devil's maw perpetually devours the likes of Judith and I believe two(?) other famous traitors from history. I liked Purgatory the most from a poetry PoV but for brutality Inferno is the best.

You really should watch some of the filler, The Muramasa/Sword Beasts Arc rivals what we seen in canon in terms of quality. Also the anime kind of treats Bount as canon during the Early Arrancar Arc if you try to skip it, you'll notice. My 1 regret for Blood War is that it is so rushed & it really could use minor filler to flesh it out more. Kind of like the episode where we learned Harribel's backstory as she was impaled by Aizen.

I respect Kubo for telling bleach fans (including me) to relax, and not bug him with it. I too want to see more, but I can understand with the size of the fanbase, hearing millions of fans wanted more bleach material or updates can be very tiresome and distracting. Work on one project at a time, and don't let yourself be burn off from your work.
