New boat = Boat work! We have some BIG damage!

We have a new boat! and as with all our boats its abit broken!
Can we fix this quick enough to enjoy summer before the winter arrives?
In this video we show you the boat, remove the rudders, prop shafts and props to fully assess the damage!
The boat is a 1989 Tiara 3100 open, 33ft long with a beam of 12ft!
With the goal to fix her up with the help of the family and enjoy more time on the water!
