I love this book! I've recently purchased the Juki MCS 1700 QVP. I bought it used off Facebook Marketplace. I have a question. Why do I need to buy the ( optional) chainstich foot? If I can do a chain stich with the regular foot, what is the advantage of having a chainstich only foot? Thank you.

Thank you so much!! 😊 You don’t need to buy the addition chain stitch foot. It’s slightly smaller than the regular presser foot but not in any way necessary.

Hi Miss Sew. thank you for writing a book about the coverstitch machine. I purchased your book about the overlocker and that helped me so much now I use my overlocker all of the time and am no longer afraid to run out of thread .
