I love how giggly you both were in this one! Your videos really help me a lot! I don't do this full time, but really enjoy my few sales here and there. It's nice to learn new BOLOs. Thanks for putting out great content! Blessings!

I don’t ship shoes in boxes unless they are luxury or hype shoes in box. Poly bags work great. Wrap shoes in tissue individually and into a clear poly and shipping poly. Saves on shipping and I get compliments on how I ship them in my feedback all the time.

Yes please, I’d like to know the size boxes y’all use. This is a such a big challenge for me. Clothes that go in poly mailers are easy but the boxes🤦♀️….. Thank you

We were in Louisville, KY, over the weekend and went to their bins there. They have TONS of clothes, but the pricing varies according to the items. Household goods were $1.29/lb, and clothing starts at $1.69 for children’s, then goes up to $2.29 for general adult clothing, but up to $2.69 for outerwear, dresses, and women’s undergarments! There’s also a lower price per pound if you get over 25lbs.

I've made 8 sales this week, but the net profit is about $7/8 each. It adds up and I like that the number of sales is picking up

My husband works on the oil rigs in Alaska. We are always looking for FR gear! Please keep me in mind if you come across any. I have to leave Alaska to go to the bins lol

Look in recycling dumpster behind stores. SO many good boxes in dumpsters. And you might even find some things to sell.

This requires too much of a time commitment 😭 Lol. Same with asking neighbors, we have plenty of people who give them we just can't spend the time to go pick them all up.

You will not be sorry about buying boxes in a few sizes that you use all of the time. It just makes shipping so much faster. Like you said with Ground Advantage it is so worth it. I save my Priority boxes strictly for Postmark now.

Like polymailers? I ship most shoes in boxes but if I need to save the weight and use a polymailer its usually 14x19

Hi Chris and Cathy! As soon as I got home, I immediately stopped what I was doing to catch your video. I LOVE Shipping Hip but sometimes, I have to careful because they are much thicker (Of course better quality) and sometimes pushes my sale over the weight. In those cases, I have to send my items in a cheap poly that I got from Amazon. Great video as always! Thank you.

Double triple check all of your math guys because eBay is taking more and postage is more and Cathy if you get say 100 items from the bins and let’s just say you spend 100 dollars now you take fifty items to buy sell trade so the fifty items you decide to list you count as two dollars per piece then you can count the others as free but if you forget to add the dollar to each item you kept to post then you have to count each item you took to buy sell trade as a dollar

I have been weighing the bins I take to BST before and after I go so I know exactly how much weight they take each time. I keep the profit for my furniture fund and the use the initial cost of goods at the bins the next time I go. We say $2 on average because we don't need to do the math anymore with the way our bookkeeper keeps track of money in vs out each month. $2/item is honestly over shooting and if we did divide everything up it would likely be in the $1.50/item range. As far as ebay taking more I am not sure what you are referring to? They haven't upped their fees as far as I know and shipping actually is cheaper for ground advantage than it was before the recent shipping update which is why we purchased the boxes at the beginning of vid.
