This was one of the most satisfying videos that I've seen in a while. Thank you so much for opening up a world of different combinations that I would have never even dreamed of for my beloved shimmer polishes which do tend to be sheer. This IS the best collection I've seen this year!!! Over essie, Mooncat, cirque, and holo taco!!! There's probably more but yes this is by far the best of the year (so far). Thank you sssoo much ❤❤

That ring on your right hand is soooooo beautiful. As for the polishes, I picked out Nettle & briar as my favorite as soon as you took it out of the bubble wrap. After you swatched all the colors, I think Through drought and abundance is my favorite. Thanks for taking the time to do all these swatches and comparisons.

That swampy green was the unsung hero here - it seriously dupes so many of the mooncat Persephone collection 😂 I've got my eye on the next collection but for the price I was expecting more luxe packaging. At the very least boxes to protect the bottles.

With a lot of small indie shops they open periodically when they restock or launch a new collection. From what I've heard they do plan to restock soon. You can follow them on Instagrgam to find out when that'll happen 😊

As with a lot of small indie brands, they seem to have decided to only open periodically for new launches or restocks instead of staying open all the time. So even though they sold out, they will restock at some point. You can follow them on Instagram to see their plans for restocks and collections. It is definitley an adjustment from what larger brands do, but they are worth the wait 😉😊

@RunningNotStopping What larger brands do is often stay open all month long. Some nail polish brands have a team to make polish or even a factory. Whereas small indie brands such as Lurid are small, maybe even 1 person shows. Hopefully that makes sense 😊

That's how alot of indie brands work. There is usually only the owner of the brand doing all of the mixing, pouring, and labeling the polish then packaging and shipping etc all by themselves so they close their shop temporarily so they can get all of that done. They're a one woman show. They are open for a certain period of time (i.e. when a new collection is launching or a restock) so people can place their orders and then they shut down to get those orders out. Lurid lacquer is only a few months old too so it's a super new indie brand!
