I'm not sure how her star gen is, but getting 30 stars per turn minimum assuming you brave chain each turn is a lot of stars. I kind of like A+. This skill is pretty insane looking at all the skills in the game there are only a few that could be called better, but also serve different purposes since naturally 100% NP battery skills and such are pretty bonkers on most servants.

I use her on NA a lot because my box isn't that great and even without the 20extra stars, a card lock on three of her cards usually makes star gen a non issue, especially if you have her 5hit buster cards. Her star absorb definitely helps here and might become obsolete with an additional 20stars each turn. But on the off chance you lock more than 3 of her cards, you get to choose what you want to crit with now.

I have a soft spot for BB since she's my first 5 star that wasn't a GSSR so this is nice. She's probably the only servant with which extra card buffs are inherently synergistic with lol. Still it's comical how the event started with jinako banner but buffs 4 other servants related to the moon cell that aren't her and also aren't summonable in the event.

I wish it was a targeted skill instead, so she can be the sub-support/dps. It would still help her , but could also be used on another crit dps. Faceless moon with this would have been perfect for a suppoort.

@@amanmakanooru5582 true that would be alota of stars. Maybe just the skill being targetable would be enough without the atk up or extra attack bonus? Bb only has her 3rd skill generating 10 stars per turn, so even with the star absorb it would not be enough for a berserker to crit consistently without another source or stars.

@@paragon390 when u said targeted skill, I assumed the entire skill with the extra buff and att bonus. I think making the self mod skill, even without the extra att gimmick, targeted is downright broken. I think this skill rn is perfectly fine. A 50% crit up and a decent star absorb for 3 turns being targeted sounds ludicrous imo. Maybe it's fine, but I don't mind this skill at all

Yep, agreed. It's really hard to justify using a Mooncancer over any other DPS aside from fighting Avengers and simply not having a better option within a relevant class, as Mooncancers have very pitiful stat modifiers. Summer BB can pull off some pretty good damage thanks to her skills and being mostly buster focused, but between lacking class advantage against one of the main classes and having some sad modifiers, she's rarely going to be the most optimal choice as a point DPS. Not bad by any means, mind you, but she'd have done better with targetable skills, given the fact that her only real issue as a support is being one-dimensional with Formless Moon being her only supportive skill.

i was inspired by your multis on aoe banner and tried to pull summer bb and got her on 210sq. but now im only left with 210 sq which is very low chance to pull artoria

Not really, I guess it's safe to assume you would have at least +250 SQ for anniversary, I guess that 460sq for castoria may be enough, or at least I pray to be 🤣

Karna better get a buff for the LB 4 recap. His buster up skill should be reworked to this imo (as it fits with lore and is good mechanics) “Buster up %30 for 3 turns, np strength up 1 time 3 turns %20, grants him 2 stacks of special invincibility (acts as standard invincibility but when he uses his np, he absorbs those special invincibility stacks if he still has them and converts them into a damage bonus depending on how many he has left” I think this fits well with his lore because when he uses his np, he loses his invincibility to mortal strikes.

Actually I expect a Rama and a Lakshimi buff she needs a NP Strength or anything like that and Rama needs a Starbomb or a Star Regen he can do big crit damage but he can't get stars

@@katsu4272 I was thinking over what Laskshimi could do with and I think she'd actually like some more NP gain to let her loop. I was thinking of something leaning into her good/bad fortune thing and adding a situational NPgain+ buff that works so long as she has a debuff currently active on her.

The atk up is nice but all it does is exaggerate BBs biggest weakness on her card lock. You need to get good RNG to capitalize on it. n high end teams it matters less but on low power teams she got a decent buff and isn't that much stronger than before because unless you can force good RNG the Extra Attack star dump will only be relevant if you brave chain with your NP for an okay follow up turn.

When they released "Free BB" buff and it fit summer BB kit better i knew who they wrote the on extra attack code for. The best buffs almost always go to the person they are trying to sell so i knew it was going to be good but dam they really added a 30% attack bonus on 3 turns of star bombs for free.

Was kinda hoping for a support buff, as I'd like to pair her with bunny toria more often but her, who's it's just great. Her and Bunnytoria is still the 2 servants I'd recommend putting Extra card dmg for their appends, this skill make it so even more.

To one up her daughters. Bb hacked the game and gave herself an animation update and two buffs. She sure is a mean mom. Jokes aside I actually like bb so this is fine. Extra attack bonus on someone who can make a chain stay consistent aside space Ishtar who can spam np with no trouble. With double buster or arts she can either do big card damage or spam np with gurenteed crits on top of attack up is great for farming. Definitely nice especially for me on na with np 4 bb summer. Wish it was an np buff instead. Would have been much better as a whole to help her damage.

The atk up buff actually gives her more damage than if she got an np interlude in koyan farm setups.

@@Demonata0963 it's only 30 attack. The np buff would make np 2 go to np 5 damage Koyan doubles the buffs sure but it would be better for the np to be stronger so you can also do stall teams for longer battles with double Merlin. Overall if she gets the np buff she will be perfect

@@ivanbluecool the atk up does give more damage for her than an np buff, but only on wave 3. 60% more damage on wave 3 is most definitely higher than what an np buff would have been. But if she ever got an np buff in the future then she will be broken.

@@bloody5081 that's good for farming but I rather a unit be more versitaile overall and np buffs are nicer as a whole for damage units. It's lucky they gave 30 but even that isn't so big as she becomes potato when the buffs come off as vitch bricks like skadi in longer content.

@@Demonata0963 if they gave her np buff and the attack up on it then she would have more attack up longer at 90 turn 3 and any buff remove situations would not be able to drop the np damage on top of it. Best guess was they just wanted to have bb and summer bb work off her extra card system mostly. It's fine but the buff could have been a lot better for her.

I want her np buff one day to be a buster down before damage. That combined with the buff on np damage would make her deal super nuke damage with attack buster and np buff and then sprinkle crit damage np up and buster down and you might as well say goodbye to everyone avenger boss.

I think this buff is kinda dumb since her main niche wasn’t to farm or brave chain herself as her dmg like u said is pretty bad both her np1 and face cards her main niche has always been enabling brave chains for her allows that are way better like Dioscuri or Arjuna alter which gain way more from their brave chains than her even with the buff so IMO this buff changes barely any of her

2 out of her 3 skills are for DPSing so you can't really claim that she is supposed to be a niche support for other servants. She CAN do it yes, but it's not her primary focus. People like me who have her at high NP levels/grailed get amazing value out of this buff. We are definitely rejoicing right now.

@@bananyawn Unlike Orion, BB can use more crit supports like Douman and Gogh, which Orion can't use. BB is better than Orion if you pick the right supports.
