I got the seat cushion from you and its great, but I purchased the reclining mechanism from Jeff Amoraso (hope i spelled that right) a couple years ago and just had it installed. It worked great the 1st day then heard a pop and Im back to square one with that. Is there a repair video you have on those? or do I need to get a new one?

Bucket seats have an armrest attached. The 40 2040 split bench seat does not have any armrest attached to the chairs. Just a fold down console/ jump seat.

Thanks for the video, this is in my near future plans, so I'll be ordering cushions from you sooner than later. I'll need to dig into my seat backs too. The lumbar hasn't worked since I bought it and I'd like to get in there and see if I can fix it.

These look like great replacement cushions. Do you think you'll be making any for the 87-91 model years? I've got an '89 F250 that needs new bottom cushions and nobody seems to be selling any.

These fit your seat pan perfectly. The only difference is how your seat cover attaches. You need to make a few slices in the foam to attach your fabric seams to a wire under the cushion. It’s been done about 30. People have ordered it for your year. Hog rings

@@BroncosandPartsGarage have already. They have slant covers that state won't work w 5.0 efi but mine is 5.8. My only concern is the right side.. drivers side plenty of room. The pass side has the plenum to worry about.

Thanks for another great vid. I already replaced my seat covers and I reused my old cushion with some supplement cushioning that I think I got from JBG. I’ll definitely hit you up for one of these cushions. I havent finished watching the video but did you know why the lumbar fails? Have you ever fixed any? Chris - thoughts on washing the lower covers while they are off? When I used the 2003+ cushions in our '96 Bronco, I had my kid sit on the frame when I reconnected they cushion clips. Looking forward to these hitting my doorstep as the 2003 cushions 'work', but they aren't all that comfortable.

I would not throw in a washer or dryer. there is foam on the back. I would steam clean them with some sort of vacuum and attachment. carpet shampoo type unit
