All of these 6 employers don't hire people who are not inside Canada so what's the use of this program for us

As per J.D.Irving official, they do not consider applications outside of Canada. I have official correspondence with them. The officer categorically said if you are not entitled to work in Canada, we will not consider your job application. Similarly, McCain Foods does not accept applications outside of Canada.
