I have the older version of this light, and it does sometimes sound the siren in my pocket. It goes off when you push and hold both buttons at the same time. So if you just push the main "on" button by itself it should be fine.

I'm an ironworker, I have the older version and let me tell you. Being magnetic with side lights is super useful. It's part of my EDC because it's so useful. I keep it by my bed with the red light ready to go for low light needs. The UV is helpful in hotel rooms (gross btw) and I have found more use for it as time goes by. The rotating head on this might be worth it cause the side white light is a bit dim when I use it at work.

This is the best edc flashlight ever to me, i have use this v20 about 7 month everyday for work and daily carry. I really love the swivel head and the clip. I clip to my saftey helmet when work and for walking at night i clip on my shirt colar. Very usefull flashlight. I hope they can improve the waterproof. I have the older version of this light and it's great! The only main critique I have is that a regular USB-C cable didn't fit in it, I had to put an extender on the cable to fit it into the plastic housing. But the light does come with its own cable, so I'm sure it works with that one, I just didn't use it because it's very very short.

The Boruit V15 is brighter and the same size, it doesn’t have the red light coming out of the main head, but can still do a red light, I have it and it is very impressive for its size, also the head doesn’t pivot as much but it still moves a good amount. It was 100% worth the money

It's become my favorite EDC, but a few things hold it back: The modes are backwards - hold-down should be for extremely low (right button) and UV/red (left button) with the 3x click functions reserved for 'panic' modes like turbo (right button) and alarm (left button). This would massively improve the usability of the light and remove the most common complaint - accidental activation of the alarm. Accidentally activating turbo isn't cool either. Also, the cadence of the clicks needs to be sped up... Maybe we will see this in a future generation of the light (that isn't obviously reusing the electronics from the V10).
