at 5:30 you can see they are closing the roof of the Underground Garage and therefore build a bridge between road and stadium. Thats what they need to get people into the arena and out. I guess they need more of those bridges on the other sides for safety reasons before the Stadium can be reopened.

Based on the evidence here, I can't see them back at the end of November. However it will be the best stadium in Spain once its done. Went some years ago and saw the trinity of Messi, Suarez and Neymar, they won 4 nil. Halcyon days me thinks. However Hansi is getting a good play style at the moment and they could be in for a classic season this time round.
