We absolutely want to see what you buy. You’re really one of very few creators walking the walk in terms of mindful shopping with a distinctive style. So many are making capsules full of “basics” and have a style where they all look the same. To each their own and I know most of them say you can do a colorful capsule or one in a very different style other than a basic classic one, but almost no one is making content where they are actually doing that.

Hi, this was my first video of yours. I just want to say that I really enjoyed the clothing, styling, and tips. I understand what you mean about feeling like your clothes are frivolous given the state of the world. I'd like to thank you for sharing this because fashion is a fun escape for me- it's where I feel most in control and can play around. I'm moving to a new city in a couple of months and am also someone who likes to change up my style with big life changes. As I've gotten older, I've come to appreciate having a handful of high quality pieces in a small wardrobe rather than lots and lots of stuff. When I pared down to a minimal wardrobe, I was surprised that I stopped thinking I had nothing to wear. This gave me some ideas for changing up my current capsule!

Everyone likes to fantasise in difficult times! And you’re an influencer, a minimalist, and a fashion icon to so many… why shouldn’t you choose just what’s right and share your inputs! That’s what many are looking for, actually. Even if they can’t buy your brands, they can always be more mindful and intentional in buying just a few signature pieces or acquire them from friends, or get them from other sources, second hand. The touch of class in these clothes really makes numbers seem insignificant, it’s the quality that always makes you shine!

I still love those Jonak shoes 😍 They look great with everything I've seen you pair them with - especially the light blue denim. Funny that you mention Rouje quality, because I remember being so disappointed by how BAD it was when I was in Paris. The shoes were nice and I've tried a beautiful trench coat from there before, but the money I had mentally earmarked for a Rouge spree ended up going elsewhere! Hi Jess! I just found your channel and LOVED all the pieces you showed. I fell in love with Rouje years ago, so totally understand how you feel. They have a way to design and cut their clothes that it's somehow really flattering. I own mostly jeans and dresses (oh so many) and every time I wear them I get a reaction from people. I wanted to ask whether you could let me know the name of the trench and the size you got, maybe I can find it second hand. I feel your pain when it comes to trench coats as I'm 5'3 and have a petite frame too; all trenches look huge on me.

Beautiful additions and I love your current style it’s more in sync with where you live and your life now . Don’t you carry yourself differently when you feel good about your style ? . My style is definitely feminine , I absolutely love the pink cardigan. I’m 5’2” and petite too , I have to be careful with how clothes fit me or I look like I’m drowning in them . Also as a petite some feminine pieces can be too cutsie . That’s why I like French brands , they’re sublimely feminine while being sophisticated.

I would try brands like Jonak, La redoute, Sezane or pre loved pieces on vinted and vestiaire where you can get high quality luxury brands for much less. I got my ysl sandals from vestiaire last year. They should have been £450 new but I paid £100 and they’d only been worn once
