Yh it comes down to preference aswell. I'm ok with dailying a manual I've been doing it for over a yr and a half. If I could have 2 cars then the daily would be luxury so defo an auto but if it's a hot hatch personally I gotta say manual. If it's a good manual box then it's not too bad dailying it

Both solid options. They're really the same thing underneath. Same chassis, same engine, same gearbox and everything. It's all just down to which one looks better to you

It depends which 1.4 TSI you had. If it's the twincharged one then that has issues the other variant doesn't. The twincharged one mainly has issues from it not getting good quality fuel and people don't maintain them well so maybe you did it well but the previous owner already neglected the car and messed it up

Yeah? The ea211 is belt driven they did it because of the amount of issues they had with the chain driven engine
