Your right about the hazard lights, I owned my rav4 1999 for 15 years. I only had to use them once for a timing belt that I didn't get replaced in time. It's a very all-round reliable car, cheap to maintain and fun to drive.

These 90s toyota 4 cylinders are non interference so nothing catastrophic will happen when it brakes, itll just leave you stranded and will need to be retimed but thats it.

Been debating on picking up one of these or a 1st gen CR-V AWD. Your video revealed to me that the rear window is fixed whereas the CR-Vs rear window lifts up and then the tailgate opens up like a RAV4. I prefer the CR-V setup myself just in case I need to haul anything lightweight but long. Also the CR-V allows rear cargo area access even with another vehicle parked close to the back bumper. Thanks for the video.

I'm glad your stoked....Take the paint code from the vin plate into NAPA and have them mix up a poof can of spray paint and you can touch up a lot of those small scrapes and and cratches. Too much redundant walk arounds....had trouble listing to all your blah blah blah. Would like more technical info, safety test results, gas mileage, etc. But that's what impresses me. Good luck

My Rav 4 (similar model) does the exact same thing (rear central locking not always working). It does it when it is cold or very hot, but does seem to work aside from that.

@MrHurricaneFloyd8 жыл бұрын
AWD? Clean? Is it priced similar to near identical vehicles in your area? At 19 years old it is hard to find any with lower miles than 160,000 or so. Maintenance records is big plus with any vehicle.
