Being a Arizona car & not having a 'Hero' powertrain are probably two of the biggest factors in that Charger being in as nice of a basic condition as it is.

Purple Prius eater ! Is that oil dripping from the breather onto the manifold ? Bump stops need adjusted so the hood closes evenly ! lol

Yes hood needs some adjustment. Oil on the manifold is left over from the head gasket, blew a bunch of oil through the breather and it’s still burning it off.

Not sure if you or Jamie posted elsewhere, if so sorry, but what kind of exhaust system is in it? It does sound nicer than a stock 318 exhaust for certain. Such a beautiful car!

Not sure what exhaust it has but it sounds great! Going to get it on the lift this week and check.

@@rocketresto Awesome; I await the video. My Challenger (also a 2 barrel 318) came with dual exhaust with vintage Walker Continental glass packs which were incredibly mellow, nothing like cherry bombs or Thrush glass packs, at least on that car. Wish I still had them...

Really nice 69 Charger! I like the purple with the black vinyl roof. I have a 69 Charger SE with the 383 HP 84k original miles. Does the light for the ignition key? That was part of the SE pkg and mine still works. Just curious if yours does too. Best of luck with it!👍👍👍👍
