We have been full-time caravanning around Australia living the dream,
but since the chaos of crash that could have ended our lives and wrote off our new caravan, it is time to relect and move forward. Life is short and we are going to continue our DREAM of travelling Australia full time with another NEW CARAVAN! We are truly thankful for the kindeness and support during this time that turned to devastation as the caravan ended up being completely WRITTEN-OFF.
We will share our whole experience with you next episode, in full details
dealing with insurance and a run down also with just what happened that day of the crash.

It a really good caravan. Love the eagle at the front. Superb parking skills! Scary thin margin under the roof ! Lol. Better than pop up caravan… canvas makes it harder to keep cool or warm. Yes … everything happens for a reason. Truly believe so too. And hello dad! I’m so happy for you! I just want to say how proud I am of you both and how happy we are that you are both physically okay. I personally know of how hard it is to get back on that horse after such a horrific ordeal. Yep. I nearly T boned a bloke in Victoria 18 months ago near Bendigo. I was heading for Warrnambool via Ararat. He disregarded a give way sign and I locked the four wheels of the van and the front wheels of my Landcruiser up, notwithstanding the ABS.

Glad you guys are up and running again. I have attended a few of that sort of crashed whilst in the police and I know they are not pretty for anybody. We to live full time in our caravan in NZ and a similar thing happened to us on the 17th May. Both our Ute and caravan were written off in an accident. We were ok, but in clearing it out of personal stuff, we realise we haven't used in a year, so it's not going back in. We haven't replaced yet but will do when we find the right caravan for us. Taking into consideration everything we had learnt whilst on the road for 4years. Goodluck to you and Mr B looking forward to more journeys

Having been on the road full time for nine years this time around, I can understand something of what you must have been through. We dropped a wheel on a van we had in 2006 and it was 5 km north of Waverley Creek on the Marlborough stretch of the Bruce Highway in Central QLD. It was courtesy of a certain caravan builder who shall remain nameless but I’ll never consider them again.fortunately, I was able to get us going again and no one else was hurt.

Just a little tip. If you drive in the street the other direction and back the trailer in on your right hand side. We do this with prime movers (semi-trailers). But your good you had a spotter.

Well done . The next best investment ARB bullbar and definitely side rails , ive hit 30 kangaroos where i live, and a lady came through a give away sign . I hit her at 100 ks took the whole front of her car and thanks to the bar and side rails i drove my hilux home . Side rails add a lot of strength, if you hit a roo without front protection you will be minimum $5k and 6 weeks of the road

The Eagle at front of caravan is showning you the way...and better colour to go with your car...
