I think its cool that cue makers are even trying go make carbon fiber shafts! Hey man if can make some money from your work in it why not? I have joss I thinking of trying something cheaper than $399 or $400 for cynergy! Right now I have a 5/16X14 jointed joss! Do you make ones for Joss to? I have been wanting to try a 12.4 or 5 and not have to pay so much for another shaft!I have a synergy 11.8 and wonder if starter shaft is better I don't know the cheaper I can try one is better!

Yeah my favorite part is trying different components and combinations then testing to see how it changes thing! And yes I have made a few bucks along the way lol

Can you make one with a little bit bigger ferrele so I can change tips without lathe?

I can, but any added end mass will increase deflection, so you have 2 options. Add more of my material and increase deflection a little. Or I could use a carbon fiber vault plate which I can make it taller and not increase deflection. But it does make the hit slightly louder like a revo.

Wonder if fatter shaft is better than slim shaft! I have 11.8 synergy for a joss 5/16X14 pin piloted! I want to try a 12.4 or 12.5 to see for me which is better 11.8 or 12.4 or 12.5! Your shafts are cheaper than cynergy!If so do you have site to get one?

You will get a little bit more deflection the thicker you go. End mass is the key to low deflection. I have 2 old joss’s!

Does your shaft have same taper as a synergy man you might have something the for price!

Yes, same taper. The one I tested was a 12.4mm with a tip I don’t even like. If it had a Kamui or How on it I would have loved it even more I’m sure.

What is difference between m core and synergy?

The difference is in the foam used and the other materials such as coring material and ferrule/vault plate material. However for about half the cost I have figured a combination to have the deflection very very low! A 5/16-14 with a standard tip would be $250.
