You know what’s really funny? I just found out that their images still are with Sapim CX, 15 months later… no CD wheels for me either now!

Sadly this seems to be par for the course with Cero/Cycle Division. I had issues with a set of RC45s and rear wheel bearing failures. Sent back on 3 occasions to have them sent back to me reassured that the issues were resolved - they weren't. Each time it was me who had to pay the return shipping costs (£15+ a time, insured) After months of problems and sending videos of the issue they finally acknowledged that they were faulty and replaced them with a set of RC50s (which thankfully I've had no problems with) Each time I sent the wheels back, I had to chase them, find out what was happening etc. I actually asked them to contact me by phone before they had a mechanic look over them and surprise surprise, they didn't bother. Next I heard from them was when I had an email to say they were being sent back to me.... No explanation of what the fault was or how they'd resolved it. Absolutely shoddy service and I'm not the least bit surprised by your experience or they're explanation of the error.

I have had handle bar from wiggle they provide a lable which you print off your computer and then take it down to asda post free.

@@DuncMcNutt Amazon have the same arrangement. You might have a look to if they have some wheels they do sell bike bits.

So did you end up getting your money back ? I got here as I was looking at getting the AR24 wheels to replace the PR-2 wheels that came with my Giant TCR Advanced for climbing next summer. They're at £199 (vs £289) now instead of £169 (vs £250) in your video from September so it seems I'll be waiting a bit form them to hopefully come down a bit !

Hi Duncan, I have just tried to remove the bearings from my AR30s and the rear hub is not like the one show on their website. The non-drive end had a coupe of notches cut out the end and I placed the edge of a spanner in them and tried to undo the drive end cap. The notches tore down the shaft and now i need to replace the damaged axle. CD said the aluminium is very soft - not kidding! Now I am wondering if I have the advertised spokes? How can I tell? I have now removed the freehub please can you tell me if I now need to knock out the axle- it doesn't seem to budge? Thanks

That's not great Duncan. I have both Ar 30 Evo & 24 Evo bought last year, the Ar30 does seem to have a slightly thinner tapered spoke than the 24? Maybe this is a recent change in specification. The 30 do have a better hub than the 24 which may explain some of the price delta.

Hi, contemplating the idea of getting either the ar24 or ar30. Are the better hubs in the ar30 worth the extra 100gbp? Which model would you choose yourself if you were to buy only one model today and know what you know now about the two wheels? Thanks

Hi there..I'm planning to upgrade my cheap stock wheels to something light..The Cero AR EVO 30 was an option but it seems the spokes are not CX RAY..did you manage to weigh the wheelset before sending it back to cycle division..? Or is the scribe race wheelset a better build option..I have the winspace LUN wheelset as an option too..

The CeroA24 is a hell of a lot heavier than the A30. At that money I would have kept them.

Bummer! I’d have thought CD could have offered you a discount there and then. Simple things like that do say a lot about a company. Having to send back, pay and await a refund does not sound good to me at face value I have to say.
