Chen-Style Tai Chi is the original style of Tai Chi and is characterized by circular and spiraling movements that intermix slow, flowing moves with fast, explosive ones.
Chen-Style Tai Chi 24 Form is composed of 24 selected essential movements from the traditional forms. This beginner level routine is easy to learn, good for regular training, and can be practiced by people of all ages.
This DVD is taught from multiple angles with close-ups and detailed instruction of the forms. Each chapter provides front and back view demonstrations and a complete Chen-Style 24 Form demonstration provides a supplementary visual guide for the overall routine.
