Teach families to make healthier food choices. Make healthier food options more affordable in grocery stores. Have healthier food being served at schools. Make after school activities such as sports be more affordable for families as well.

It's not going on a diet that matters it's what's in people's daily diet. first step, Eat Much more Organic Vegetables, and avoid Vegetable Oils, Seed Oils, Soybean Oil, and refined, processed Sugars, and fried foods. . we must read whats on the labels. Watch Flav Citys Reccomendations 👍🏼🍄💖
