Great video guys. This would be Christopher Ward’s most expensive watch right?

It needs rose gold/blue hour hands, second hand, and rotor for contrast. Would also be nicer w the CW logo instead of the name, since the watch isn’t really branded (other than from the back) they should keep that utilitarian design.

That's fair! I agree about the logo tbh

Nice watch, but priced out of most collector's budgets. The clone makers will make a fortune off it.

They will, but I always find its easy to tell a cheap skeletonized watch

This is an experimental watch. The real question is, can they make their own movement work in terms of sales at a reasonable price in other watches ? The benchmarks here will be oris for similarity or in terms of movement quality Baume and Mercier offer for the best movement for money currently available. After that, it’s a big jump up in terms of price. as to this, you’re not going to sell many, it’s a great watch, but it’s very expensive.
@WatchYourselfJorge5 ай бұрын
But it's not terribly expensive for what it is and the specs it offers. Compare it to the pro pilot X and it's a great value! Also, they've been using this movement for ten years so it's fairly established
@Robert-vw3od5 ай бұрын
@@WatchYourselfJorge I think you have to look realistically at what you are paying for and the price difference. when you talk about the pro pilot X I would say yes I understand the comparison, I’ve made it myself however the same movement isis now available for around the £2500. I don’t personally find that watch to be something that is going to lure an awful lot of people. The point is what you are going to do with the movement when it comes to mainstream.

I don't get it. I don't like how this looks with this movement. Looks cheaper than with CW's rather gorgeous dials where everything looks much more harmonious
@WatchYourselfJorge5 ай бұрын
Fair enough if you don't agree! I know it's divided some people! I think the movement looks really nicely finished

I hope they add the micro adjust to the regular Twelve's bracelets too. I´m normally not into skeletonized watches, but this looks really well-balanced and beautifully finished. Kudos to CW, they are on the right track for sure.

Id like to see a break down of what's made in house and what isn't for this movement
@tynchytemper96185 ай бұрын
@WatchYourselfJorge The 'SH' stands for Synergies Horlogeres, a movement manufacturer in Switzerland that CW Holdings own. It's a legit in-house movement. All of Christopher Ward's watches and parts are made in Switzerland. Nothing is made in the UK.

Congratulations on the near 1000 subs! (As I write, only 12 to go). I do really like this watch and I admire the engineering that has gone into making it. I did look at their website and quite fancy the Astral blue dial and at £1600 I think that represents a bargain. Lenny is a winner, keep him in and you'll be raking in the subs. Keep up the good work guys.

Thanks! We hit 1000 mid afternoon yesterday! This watch is amazing, and I do love the twelve in general, especially now I've used the smaller 36 Ti for a few weeks, they exceptional for the price.
