It’s true but, the place needs to have a lot of things for it to boom. It will take decades, number 1 secured job and second good residential districts and lastly, things to do for fun. Businesses such as restaurants needs to exist in here but in order for that to happen, the city needs to get populated by all sorts of social classes. And that’s the hardest of this, getting people to move down there

The relief this will bring on the capital's mobility & crime problems will surely be felt so the rest can focus on solving other issues. Having all these industries be centered in one area is recipe for disaster in the long run.

I was born and raised in Pasig City, one of the cities in Metro Manila but I'm actually contemplating about relocating to province specifically here in Pampanga... the metro is getting too congested and most densely populated in Luzon.. this New Clark City looks very promising and I'm considering to live here if I'm not gonna migrate abroad.
