It’s true but, the place needs to have a lot of things for it to boom. It will take decades, number 1 secured job and second good residential districts and lastly, things to do for fun. Businesses such as restaurants needs to exist in here but in order for that to happen, the city needs to get populated by all sorts of social classes. And that’s the hardest of this, getting people to move down there
@King-20773 жыл бұрын
@Xenosannn medyo mali ka dyan, you need people in order for this city to thrive. Walang incentive magmove ang tao dyan. Have you seen the place? It’s a ghost town, you can have all the investors but if the population is wayyy too low, it won’t go somewhere. It will take decades for this city to develop and thrive. Hindi ganon kabilis ang magbuild ng city lol.

As someone who attended SEA Games 2019 events (swimming, volleyball), the experience when attending swimming is the best! Not just because of how nice the venue is, but it’s SOOOOO different from what we see on TV
