Love your review. A while ago I tested all the clay bodies from all the clay companies in my state and decided on one that I liked best. Since then I have formulated all my glazes to work on that clay body. I recently tried a different clay body and not a single one of my glazes came out how I’d like on it. So I guess I am locked into my one single clay body or I would have to spend months reformulating and testing and then keeping multiple versions of my glazes for different bodies, etc. Do you have similar issues?

The reaction between a glaze and clay body is always unique. Sometimes you get lucky, and a glaze will fit multiple bodies if they have similar properties. Testing and reformulating are all part of the ceramics long game. Sometimes, clay body formulas you are used to can change because of forced reformulations due to lack of material availability. All I can say is that testing is key. Hope it all works out for you. :)
