FL Studio also has some cool patcher presets made by people like Youlean, they weren't all installed by default on mine, but I remember I got them very easily and quickly. Also not very friendly to your CPU btw., iirc the note EQ is even worse than the resonator. In case people don't know, you can also ''snap'' FL's parametric EQ to freqs that line up without standard tuning in the menus, not so doable for microtonal etc. though... Can't even type in hz values, just the percentage.

You can get polyphonic keytracked filtering with Surge XT by using “Audio Input” oscillator type (and then routing the sound to the synth in your DAW), switching on a filter (like a 24dB band-pass probably), setting its keytracking to +100% and you’re done with basic setup. Because there is a second oscillator waiting (and a second filter in each one, and some other cool things), this can make easier creative spectral processing of the sound. And it won’t need to load for extra long time! 😀 Well and also the filters parameters can be modulated by internal LFOs and other stuff on top of that! And vocoder is also in stock. Finally (probably not) you can use custom tunings (vs. just 12 equal temperament) to color the effect differently.

that rest rack is insane. I did something similar with serum fx. it is fx rack as a filter bank. so from like 60-6600 hz it has lowpass filters moved up by key track. 6600-2200 it has hipass move down by key track. each instance runs a second filter in fx for resonant comb offset by random mod so each time it has a different freq for a random resonant filter bank.

I've been obsessed with making sounds from sines that fit my tuning/key/scale/chord (mimicing the pattern of interval spacing in the harmonic series but making it something minor is cool for some retro house planed chord basses), but I never even considered making a yoy like that. Doing stuff like this is also a great way to develop your ear's ability to make good use of the harmonic series. I bet you'd make some sick just intonation stuff btw., you can distort the hell out of all sorts of intervals there, harmonic series for low notes.
