Lots of great insights, as usual. We us our metal Speedibin, same concept, except we don't bother turning it. We're just adding a pail full of kitchen scraps a couple times a week and adding leaves. The compost never get particularly hot but boy is it alive with worms!

Great video. I am using two 32 gallon trash bins and have been working. I noticed that I have to turn often as the middle section is not getting enough oxygen.

Makes total sense for the middle section to be crying for air. Do you have holes drilled in the trash bins? It might help the little guys breathe!
