New Computer Build MSI Z790, 15 USB3.x and 4 USB 2 ports

Built from Amazon Warehouse reduced price open packet parts, hence a bit of a Frankenstein's monster PC, but it will all work together right?
MSI Z790 Tomahawk Max WiFi Motherboard.
Intel i7 CPU
Gigabyte graphics card
Corsair RAM
MSI Case
Cooler Master liquid CPU cooler (not needed but cheap!)
PLUS Extra USB ports thanks to www.innov8whol... Innov8 allowed me to use all the motherboard onboard USB ports by cutting holes in the case and making them available. Anyone who makes KZbin Live video knows how you can never have too many USB ports!

It is simple... until it isn't! as I said I spent hours trying to install Windows, the resulting fix looks simple but finding it takes a weird mind! Also the flat build before putting it in the case only works if you know what to look for.

Well the one that is coming out is being shipped to Brian for his office and I built that in 2012, Mark Becket has one in his workshop I built for a customer in 2012 then recovered when I built his new one in 2023 as well, I do tend to build them well

Nice job Pete like the idea of liquid cooled. Was it a sealed unit.

Yes it was a sealed unit, I am not pushing the CPU hard, biggest advantage is that the air is blown OUT of the case through the radiator so should keep the cooling dust free. Previously I have just gone for big finned coolers which have dealt with dust well, but this being an open box was only £3 more expensive than a suitable "tower air" system
