@saimanideepallu5743 Maybe, maybe not. They are certainly selling a good number, and there are many competitive new homes selling in this price range--- especially in Hamilton County. But, you are probably right if looking at the entire Indy market. There are definitely areas where you can buy for less. Let me know if I can help you find that.
