So Landsea has moved to more of a “turnkey” process so what you see is what you get. That being said they have lots of different finish packages in their homes that are pretty popular. If you want total control over your selection choices a builder like Maronda gives you those options. The trade off is the time to build doesn’t always work for everyone. Like the house ! But totally lost me when I saw the heat pump right outside the master bedroom window on every house in the community . NOT FOR ME !!! Also houses to dam close together !

Yep…. Common in newer planned developments to see the AC condenser in the back corner of the house because of the set backs on the lots there’s not enough room to put them on the side. For more space No HOA is the way to go or some of the neighborhoods that were developed before the 2000’s have more space

These builder are trying to squeeze out as much out of every acre as possible then Try to cater these homes to people with kids doesnt work. People are killing each other if you even step on some ones grass.
