Welcome to our House Tour! In January of 2021, we packed our bags and moved from our 1-bedroom condo in the city to a 5-bedroom new construction house in the suburbs. We spent most of our lives away from home and family and finally decided it was time to move back closer to family.
This is a detailed and furnished house tour though some spaces are still a work in progress.
In this house tour, I’m sharing our kitchen, dining, living room, office, video game room, guest rooms, bathrooms and our primary bedroom. We hope you enjoy!

An idea for the natural light at front of house. You could do a storm door…glass door that’s added like a “screen” door in front of your door. Then you can open your front door and have a glass door so light/sun comes in. I have one and love it!

Your kitchen is amazingly big and nice to entertaining and also I like the white cabinets on white walls it looks clean and minimalist but before you waste more than $100K in a new one try to paint it will save a lot of money you can also replace the doors in a completely different style keeping the frame. Love the tour & the house. In my opinion, in the primary room it is better to close the entrance to the shower room with a wall, so that on the other side there will be the toilets, in a new location. and the new entrance through the main round entrance of the room. That way, there will also be privacy for those who shower because the new toilet will be in front.

Hey thanks! That's certainly an interesting idea, there were a lot of pain points, do's and don'ts we learned throughout the process. I'd have to really take myself back there and jot some notes down so I can remember the process. Feel free to email me (email is in description of my vids)... Thanks Scott! My all time favorite is Santal and then followed by TheHotel. Both because they smell amazing but also a little goes a long way. Other scents I've tried, while I love them, I've had to set them at a high scent setting causing them to run out pretty quick. If you're a current customer, would love to know your faves so I can try them out!

If the roof line isn’t ideal for a skylight in the entry don’t force it. When you’re ready find a door you love that will maintain privacy, but let the light in. You should be able to sell the current door to offset some of the $.

It is stunning. I really like it all. I would be glad to see an exterior video, but do be cautious what you show with the exterior. It can make your location identifiable. Thank you for the video!

Thanks Daniel! We debated showing some of those drone clips but I guess if I ever get popular enough to where it would be a problem, I'd say it would be worth it 😂 but will definitely be cautious if I do end of filming the exterior!

Hey there! We live in San Diego, CA... The interior of the house wasn't technically renovated as it was a new build so we customized along the way. The outdoor space was renovated and if I make a video, I'll discuss the costs in that video ☺️
