As of 5/26/24 there are about 2 dozen homes completely under roof in Well Point. Lots of progress. Corbin Trail and McNeil Drive are both open. We took our golf cart from Sugar Cane Rec Area to Sawgrass Grove on Saturday (5/25) and it took 14 minutes. Then from Sawgrass to Edna’s it was 18.5 minutes. Soooooo much faster than going over Water Lily Bridge! Thanks for the videos!

Yeah...Memorial Day weekend is one of the major "time-off" periods.

They have been cutting back the hours lately. Not just For Memorial Day. Every Sunday they're off now

A few thoughts. Building slower because they are selling lots and letting customers build what they want. That sale is a sure thing. No carrying cost on an unsold home. View lots are selling in 5 minutes. So demand is high there. Still building out all varieties as inventory homes to meet that need. Looks like a controlled build out not crazy like Covid etc…. Face it. Interest rates are high and cost to build it high. Makes it tougher for everyone involved. Thanks for the videos.

The precast wall construction that you mentioned is being used would be a great way to build in Florida. We have those type of walls for our basement in Tennessee. They are water proof, due to being poured at 5000-8000 psi and they are foam insulated. From test I have seen they are also stronger than block walls or regular poured walls.

Over 50k for the bonds in Moultre Creek, that might be another reason people are buying the pre-owned homes. The bonds in Brownwood are under 17k

Last I heard the hospital is only in Lake County so it would be that area beyond Green Grove Hill.

Maybe the VA can put a clinic in Eastport...the only one now is the VA Medical Facility way up north on Hwy 42 (just north of Briar Meadow village). There must be enough veterans moving into Eastport to make a 2nd VA clinic worthwhile even if it has to be a small one. -- BR
